Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve business targets for the Floor Coatings division.
Develop business through dealers, project sales, institutional customers, and key accounts .
Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and industrial customers.




Identify current project opportunities and convert them into business.
Manage dealer/channel network and expand market coverage.
Ensure timely collections and deliver excellent customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Protective Coatings, Industrial Coatings, or Floor Coatings .
Solid experience in Dealer Management, Project Sales, Institutional Sales, and Key Account Management .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
