-Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
-Participate in organizing and coordinating HR projects and events.
-Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
-Create various job descriptions for IT and non-IT profiles.
-Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries.
-Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
-Participate in conducting orientation sessions for recent employees.
-Support HR managers in various administrative tasks.
-Assist in organizing and maintaining HR documentation.
Required Qualifications :
-Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Human Resources / or holding MBA degree (PGDM), or related field.
-Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
