To manage Payroll Management system
To manage the recruitment and selection process for all GEA schools.
To oversee performance appraisal systems
To manage / implement HRMS system
To manage employment / recruitment database.
To ensure legal compliance and maintain HR records
To manage employee advantages / training and wellness programs
To make Report and Analyse HR metrics.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR systems (HRIS), Payroll Management, Recruitment, Database management, compliance / labour laws, and awareness about the education industry.
Experience: Proven experience as a similar senior role.
