Creation of facilities for Turning Center andMachining Center Assembly .

Identify fixtures requirement for the NPDAssembly and development of fixtures for NPD Assembly

OSP Routing Creation and Followup with SCM ForAssembly Fixturers





Fabrication of Special Trolleys and Work Tablesfor Assembly Work Station

Collect data and do elemental analysis toidentify the bottle neck operations for cycle time reduction

Assembly process Code and Standardisationof Process for all Product Variants

Creation of SOP and work instruction for assembly process.
