About the Role

BuildMyInfra is looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of turnkey fit-out projects across Retail, Commercial, Warehouses, Offices, Industrial, Hospitality, Data Centres, and Logistics projects.

The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in project execution, stakeholder management, site coordination, budgeting, and timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete Fit-Out & MEP project execution from planning to handover.
Handle HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV works.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Manage project schedules, manpower, procurement, billing, and material planning.




Monitor project progress through DPR/WPR/MPR reports.
Conduct site inspections and ensure timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
Manage project budgets, cost control, and vendor coordination.
Travel across India based on project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
815 years of experience in Project Management/Fit-Out/MEP Projects.
Experience in Retail, Commercial, Warehouse, Industrial, Hospitality, Data Centre, or Turnkey projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV systems.
Expertise in BOQ, Billing, Procurement, Vendor Management & Site Coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and project documentation.
Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel PAN India.
Preferred
Experience in Turnkey Fit-Out Projects
Team handling experience
Robust client-facing exposure
