4 6 years of experience in Banking/NBFC application testing with expertise in MSME Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS)

Responsible for requirement analysis, test planning, test case preparation, execution, defect management, regression testing, and UAT support

Experience in testing MSME loan journeys including customer onboarding, application sourcing, credit assessment, document verification, sanction, disbursement, repayment, collections, and closure processes

Solid knowledge of functional, integration, API, database, and end-to-end testing

Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps

Ability to coordinate with Business, Product, Development, and UAT teams to ensure quality delivery within project timelines

Banking domain experience with a robust understanding of lending processes and regulatory compliance is preferred
