We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager Civil to lead and manage large-scale civil construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, cost control, quality assurance, safety compliance, and timely delivery while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage all phases of civil construction projects.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Supervise site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
Manage contracts, billing, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct project review meetings and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure proper documentation, material planning,



and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve performance, productivity, and project objectives.
Resolve technical and operational issues to minimize project delays.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of civil construction methods and project management.
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of contract administration, BOQ, estimation, and billing.
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in cost control, risk management, and resource planning.
Thorough understanding of QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements.

Preferred Experience
10–15+ years of experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or power sector construction projects.
Proven experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
