About The Role

We are looking for a highly technical and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

This is not a role for someone who simply boosts posts or manages basic campaigns.

We are looking for someone who understands funnels, tracking, lead generation, optimization, audience behavior, and ROI-driven marketing.
Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google campaigns
Manage lead generation and sales campaigns
Scale campaigns while maintaining target CPL and ROAS
Create audience segmentation and retargeting strategies
Perform A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages
Monitor campaign performance and optimize daily
Set up conversion tracking and event tracking
Build performance dashboards and reports
Analyze user behavior and campaign performance
Organic Growth & Marketing
Support organic marketing initiatives
Collaborate with content and creative teams
Develop growth strategies across social platforms
Assist in brand-building campaigns
Suggest content strategies based on audience data
Funnel Optimization




Improve lead quality
Improve conversion rates
Optimize landing pages
Reduce acquisition costs

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 45 years of hands-on experience
Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads
Must have managed monthly ad budgets of 810 Lakhs or more
Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
Robust analytical and technical skills

Experience in any of the following industries will be an advantage:
Finance
