WHAT IS THE ROLE? XFE stands for Xstream Fiber Executive. It is a high-energy, Customer acquisition role dedicated to selling Airtel's high-speed Wi-Fi & Broadband connections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Field Sales: Visiting residential areas, apartments, and markets to find current broadband customers. • Pitching & Demos: Meeting potential customers, explaining active plans, and closing deals.

• Target Driven: Achieving weekly and monthly sales/onboarding targets. • Documentation: Collecting customer details and processing the connection request via the Airtel app.





ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS: •

Education: r Graduate (Freshers are welcome!).

• Mandatory: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License. • Skills: Valuable communication, local language fluency, and a hustle mindset.

SALARY & PERKS: • Fixed Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 / month (varies by location).
