Position - Project Engineer - BMS (Contractual Role)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Engineer IBMS/BMS to execute and support Smart Building and Data Center projects. The role involves commissioning, system integration, and customer interfacing for advanced building management systems across critical infrastructure settings.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Commissioning
Execute IBMS/BMS commissioning activities for building and data center projects.
Integrate systems across HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Power Management systems.
Lead or support commissioning for equipment such as UPS, DGs, PDUs, chillers, CRAH units, cooling towers, VFDs, switchgear, and transfer systems.

System Integration & Engineering
Work on SCADA / BMS platforms such as EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) and Power SCADA.
Support PLC programming (Modicon / Control Expert) and system configuration.
Integrate real-time systems with historical databases (SQL-based environments).

Testing & Client Engagement
Participate in Integrated System Testing (IST) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT).
Provide on-site support during testing and commissioning phases.
Conduct customer training sessions for installed systems.





Project Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Support multiple projects and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Requirements

48 years of experience in IBMS / BMS / Building Automation / Data Center projects
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Related Engineering
Hands-on expertise in:
BMS / IBMS systems
SCADA platforms (EcoStruxure, Power Operation, etc.)
PLC programming (Modicon / Control Expert)
HVAC & Electrical system integration

Experience in data center or critical infrastructure projects preferred
Robust understanding of commissioning, testing, and system integration
Positive communication skills for client interaction and training delivery
