We are seeking an experienced Verint/Calabrio L3 Engineer to manage call recording systems, provide advanced analytics, and ensure compliance with industry regulations for enterprise contact center settings.

Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced analytics with detailed insights into call patterns and agent performance
Ensure compliance management, adhering to industry regulations and customer consent laws
Manage Varient Open Platform and related systems
Maintain and update recording system configurations and documentation
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize system performance
Ensure smooth integration with other contact center systems





Certifications (Preferred)
Logger certifications for NICE, Verint, Avaya Loggers, WFM, WFO

Tools Technologies
Verint / Calabrio

Desired Skills
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
Hands-on experience with enterprise call recording platforms
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in contact centers
