Roles & Responsibilities:



- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.

Qualified & Technical Skills: -- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices.- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development.- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues effectively.- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for seamless system interactions.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
