Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
Create and present reports to senior management on business performance and improvement areas.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements
Robust understanding of business operations and processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are desirable.
