We're expanding our sales team and looking for confident, target-driven closers who want to build a serious career in Commercial Real Estate.

What You'll Do
Handle end-to-end sales: engage qualified leads, understand workspace requirements, and close deals
Conduct property tours across Delhi NCR and present the best-fit office space options
Negotiate commercials and terms between clients and workspace operators
Support documentation proposals, comparison sheets, offers, and agreements
Build a robust network with micro-market brokers, channel partners, and property consultants
Maintain CRM hygiene and share regular pipeline updates

What We're Looking For
Any Graduate (BBA/B.Com preferred)




15 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate, Office Leasing, or B2B/B2C Sales
Sharp communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Self-driven with solid follow-up discipline
