Key Responsibilities
- Support bulk hiring by sourcing and mobilizing candidates.
Visit colleges, educational institutions, and communities to identify potential candidates.
Collect and maintain candidate data from various sources.
Coordinate interviews and hiring drives.
Follow up with candidates until the hiring process is completed.
Maintain candidate records and submit regular reports.
Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Freshers are welcome; experience in recruitment, field work, sales, or community outreach is an added advantage.
