Job Title: Quality Auditor

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Auditor to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of customer interactions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company standards, identify performance gaps, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit customer interactions calls as per the quality framework.
Evaluate agent performance against predefined quality parameters and compliance standards.
Prepare audit reports and maintain accurate quality records.
Share timely and constructive feedback with team members and team leaders.
Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Conduct calibration sessions with operations and training teams to ensure scoring consistency.
Work closely with operations, training, and quality teams to improve overall performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.




Participate in quality improvement initiatives and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1 - 3 years of experience in Quality Auditing or Quality Assurance (BPO/Customer Service preferred).
Solid understanding of quality monitoring and audit methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of quality tools and techniques.
Experience in customer service or contact center operations.
Robust attention to detail and time management.
Ability to deliver effective feedback and coaching.
