Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support the GM HR in driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on HR Automation, Talent Mapping, Workforce Planning, Organizational Development, HR Analytics, and HR Operations, ensuring alignment between business goals and people strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives.
Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational structuring.
Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Lead talent mapping, succession planning, and high-potential employee identification.
Drive standardization of HR processes across project locations to enhance operational efficiency.
Strengthen HR support for Corporate and all project sites by ensuring timely manpower availability and workforce deployment.
Streamline project site mobilization and project workforce management processes.
Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and develop talent pipelines for critical project positions.




Work on HR policies, Employee engagement and Training agendas for Corporate
Support HR automation and HRIS implementation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Manage HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership decision-making.

Desired Profile
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
12+ years of HRBP experience in Infrastructure, Real Estate, Construction, EPC, Hospitality or Project-Based Organizations.
Robust understanding of project-based functions such as Project Management, Civil Engineering, Planning, Contracts, Procurement, Site Operations, and Execution.
Experience in workforce planning, talent management, HR automation, and organizational development.
Robust stakeholder management, analytical, and business partnering skills.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
