Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production activities.
Set up and optimize injection moulding machines.
Conduct mould trials and recent product development activities.
Monitor production parameters and reduce rejection rates.
Ensure achievement of production targets and schedules.
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S and Kaizen.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality and planning teams.
Prepare production reports and guide shop-floor personnel.

Required Skills
Injection Moulding machine setup and process optimization.
Production Planning execution of daily production schedules.
Process Improvement productivity and efficiency enhancement.
Quality Control defect reduction and compliance monitoring.
Lean Manufacturing implementation of continuous improvement practices.

Work Experience Requirements

Typical requirement for a Senior Engineer Production role is 58 years of experience in manufacturing and injection moulding operations. Experience in process optimization, production planning, quality management and team supervision is preferred.

Education
Minimum: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Polymer or related field)
Preferred: M.E / Manufacturing Management
Additional: Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Certifications
