Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
Coordinate and monitor manufacturing activities at both in-house and third-party manufacturing facilities.
Plan, track, and ensure timely availability of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) for production.
Perform incoming quality checks for RM & PM before production.
Conduct in-process and final quality verification of Finished Goods (FG) before release to the Warehouse or Sales team.
Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), log books, production registers, and other GMP documentation.
Coordinate with QC, Stores, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
Track production output, material consumption, wastage, and yield.
Follow up with third-party manufacturers for production status, dispatches, documentation, and quality compliance.
Assist in process improvements, inventory reconciliation, and production planning activities.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
