Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI/ML use cases across business functions.
Manage end-to-end AI projects, from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment and monitoring.
Develop and implement solutions using Machine Learning, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Collaborate with IT, business, data, and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and platforms and recommend suitable solutions.
Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI, including data privacy, security, governance, and compliance.
Manage AI vendors, technology partners, and external consultants, where required.
Monitor the performance, accuracy, scalability, and business impact of deployed AI solutions.




Lead and mentor AI/ML specialists and support capability building within the organization.
Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, and regular management reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
812 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Digital Transformation, or related technology roles.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing AI/ML projects or teams.
Solid knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and AI platforms.
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
