Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
8 12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for MEP works.
Solid technical knowledge of construction methodologies, BOQs, and cost management.
Experience in post-contract administration and contract management.
Hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination.
Ability to review variations, certifications, and project cost reports.
Valuable presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in quantity take-offs, billing, and commercial management.
Experience working on large-scale building/infrastructure projects preferred.
