Manage pharmacy ERP and inventory systems.
Support online order management systems.
Maintain medicine master database.
Configure products, pricing, GST, and inventory.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Coordinate with software vendors.
Ensure data backup and security.
Support barcode and QR code systems.
Manage POS systems.
Handle integrations between ERP, website, warehouse, and payment gateways.
Monitor system performance.
Generate operational reports.
Provide IT support to pharmacy operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards.
