Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive P-FMEA to lead Product and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA) activities in line with AIAG & VDA standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating cross-functional risk assessment workshops, identifying potential process and product risks, implementing mitigation actions, and supporting quality excellence across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Product & Process FMEA (P-FMEA) activities as per AIAG & VDA standards.
Conduct cross-functional FMEA workshops and risk assessments.
Prepare and maintain FMEA documentation.
Identify risks,
define mitigation actions, and track their closure.
Support APQP, PPAP, customer audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Train teams on AIAG-VDA FMEA methodology and best practices.
Collaborate with German-speaking customers and global teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Plastics Engineering, or related field.
38 years of experience in P-FMEA within the automotive/auto component industry.
Robust knowledge of AIAG & VDA FMEA methodology.
Experience with APIS IQ-FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 is preferred.
German language proficiency C1 level (mandatory).
