Process: Inbound

Calling Experience: 1-3 years in International Voice Process

Education Eligibility: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate

- Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.

- Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
- Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
