**Role : Agentic AI & Copilot Studio Developer** **Location: Pan India** **Exp - 6 to 9 Yrs** + Design and develop intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for enterprise automation and conversational AI use cases. + Build multi-turn dialog flows, adaptive cards, and topic-based conversation design with fallback and escalation handling. + Configure and extend agents with custom connectors, Power Automate flows, and REST API integrations for backend orchestration. + Implement agentic AI workflows using autonomous triggers, action chaining, and goal-based task execution patterns. + Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft 365 channels - Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Pages portals. + Connect agents to enterprise data sources via Microsoft Graph connectors, Dataverse, and third-party APIs for grounded responses. + Apply Generative AI capabilities within Copilot Studio including generative answers, AI Builder models, and prompt customization. + Work with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI Service for custom LLM integrations beyond native Copilot Studio capabilities.



+ Configure agent governance - topic-level access control, DLP policies, audit logging, and Purview compliance integration. + Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns using SharePoint, Dataverse, or Azure AI Search as knowledge sources. + Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using LangChain / LangGraph or Copilot Studio's agent handoff capabilities. + Monitor agent performance using Copilot analytics, CSAT metrics, and conversation transcripts for continuous improvement. + Collaborate with enterprise architects to align agent design with M365 Copilot extensibility and organizational AI governance policies.
