Key responsibilities + Collaborate with internal and external teams to build and maintain infrastructure to meet business objectives + Provide technical expertise for Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Field Service. + Support Release Management by supporting deployments for recent and existing services. + Troubleshooting performance issues with services running in Salesforce. + Promote a DevOps culture of operational excellence, enabling continuous integration and deployment, rapid iteration, ever increasing automation, and highly available services. Must have: + Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Engineering or related field + 4+ years of total IT experience + At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, Changeset and Ant. + Good understanding of best practices of coding standards + Valid Salesforce certification credentials + Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Should have: + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate across borders.
