Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we Thrive together and support each others journeys. **Job summary & Areas of Responsibility:** Manager role in IP litigations FTO searches & evaluation reports, identifying IP risks during pre-PIF assessment and providing IP litigation support to various stakeholders, and managing the deliverables in time with quality. + IP Landscape Preparation, FTO searches & preparing evaluation reports + IP litigation support: Provide litigation support including review of documents, discovery and coordinate with various internal stakeholders and counsel. + Pre-PIF assessments: Preparation of prosecution summary of relevant patents, IP Summary etc. + Timely support to Portfolio, Business Development, R & D, PMO, and Regulatory teams + New Product Opportunity Identification - based on IP scenarios + Monitoring of IP updates, Competitive Intelligence and regulatory developments **Travel Estimate** NA **Job Scope** **Internal Interactions (within the organization)** Yes with R &D;, BD, PMO, RA,

(Pharma) or M. Tech. (Pharma) or Ph.D. (Pharma) (Pharmaceutics or Chemistry preferred) from reputed institute. **Specific Certification** P.G.
