Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Industry: Steel Manufacturing / Engineering / Heavy Industry

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company growth and profitability goals.
- Lead overall operations including production, sales, finance, and business development.
- Manage steel manufacturing processes and ensure operational efficiency.
- Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, and quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Lead and motivate senior management teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.





Required Skills & Experience:

- Solid leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in steel manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy engineering industry.
- Knowledge of plant operations, production planning, and business management.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.

Experience: 10+ Years (Preferred)
Qualification: MBA / Engineering Background Preferred
Location: Steel Manufacturing Plant
