We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the technical face of our company. You will work directly with clients to turn their complex business challenges including AI driven workflows into working solutions using our platform.

What Youll Do
Turn complex customer problems into functional, real-world solutions
Build and automate workflows, integrations, and AI use cases (like NLQ, automation)
Deploy solutions directly in client environments and troubleshoot issues
Customize product features based on specific client requirements
Act as the bridge between clients and internal engineering teams

Who Can Apply
Candidates with experience in APIs, system integrations, and data handling
Individuals comfortable working with LLMs, RAG, or data pipelines
Those with exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or on-prem deployments
People who can quickly understand new codebases and systems
Candidates with experience in solution engineering, pre-sales,



or consulting roles
Individuals with knowledge of SQL, ETL workflows, and data pipelines
Solid communicators who can handle client-facing roles (non-negotiable)
Understanding of product lifecycle and agile development
