Key Responsibilities:
Lead the PMC team overseeing the design, constructio and commissioning of storm water pumping stations.
Review and approve detailed engineering designs, especially in instrumentation, control systems, and hydraulic modeling.
Monitor contractor progress, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Supervise the construction phase, including site inspections, technical reviews, and approval of work packages.
Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring system functionality, reliability, and integration with existing infrastructure.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments and progress reporting.
Implement quality assurance and HSE procedures during all project stages.




Ensure regulatory compliance and interface with municipal authorities or regulatory bodies where required.
Drive project documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Masters degree in Project Management, Hydraulic Engineering, or related disciplines is a plus.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure with specific experience in storm water systems and pumping stations.
Proven experience in hydraulic modeling.
Proficient in using software like EPANET, Info Works,AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
Robust understanding of construction supervision, QA/QC, and contract management
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
