Key Responsibilities

Technical Interviewing
Conduct technical interviews for Mechanical Engineers, Design Engineers, Production Engineers, Service Engineers, Quality Engineers, Project Engineers, and related technical positions.
Assess candidates' knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals, machine design, manufacturing processes, materials, GD&T;, engineering drawings, CAD software, automation, and industrial machinery.
Evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and practical engineering skills.
Prepare technical interview reports and recommend candidates based on competency and job fit.
Coordinate with department heads to understand role-specific technical requirements.

Recruitment Support
Screen resumes based on technical qualifications and experience.
Work closely with HR recruiters to shortlist suitable candidates.
Participate in campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.




Develop technical assessment questionnaires, written tests, and interview evaluation forms.
Maintain interview records and candidate evaluation reports.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Assist in preparing job descriptions for engineering positions.
Build a pipeline of engineering talent for current and future hiring needs.
Represent the company during technical recruitment events and career fairs.
Promote Snowbell Machines Pvt. Ltd. as an employer of choice for engineering specialists.

Process Improvement
Standardize technical interview processes and evaluation criteria.
Develop competency frameworks for various engineering roles.
Provide interview feedback and hiring recommendations to HR and department managers.
Support continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
