Requirements
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate employees.
Coordinate employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ERP data accurately.
Process attendance, leave and payroll inputs in coordination with the payroll team.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and communication.
Support the performance management system, goal setting, and annual appraisal process.
Identify training needs and coordinate technical and behavioral training programs.
Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, attrition analysis, and recruitment dashboards.
Support HR audits, ISO/IATF documentation, and compliance requirements.
