Nestled in the heart of the Macedon Ranges wine country, Cleveland Winery Estate is a destination renowned for weddings, conferences, and elegant dining experiences. As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group , we’re looking for talented casual chefs to join our kitchen team.

Whether your passion lies in à la carte dining, event catering , or both — this is a great opportunity to work across varied service styles in a scenic, supportive setting.

About the Role
You’ll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across restaurant service, cellar door experiences, and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations
Maintaining a clean, protected, and well organised work area
Adapting to changing service demands and team needs

What We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential




Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regarded
Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude
Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
