Role & responsibilities
Supervise execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of E&M; systems (Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Lifts & Escalators) at elevated metro stations.
Coordinate with civil, signaling, track, and architectural teams to ensure smooth project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor site activities, manpower, materials, and subcontractors while ensuring project quality, safety, and progress.
Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with client, consultant, and metro authority standards.
Prepare daily progress reports, material reconciliation, QA/QC documentation, and support testing, commissioning, and project handover.
