Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Develop and update job descriptions, and post vacancies across LinkedIn and job boards. Proactively source passive candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Onboarding & Induction: Manage the end-to-end joining process, including drafting offer letters, negotiating compensation, and executing recent-hire orientatiION
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assist in performance management, and help resolve workplace conflicts.
