Source IT, candidates, daily for at least three job requirements
Find candidates (using Boolean strings) from the sales platform and load them into recruiting CRM daily
Email candidates (based on skillset) using the provided email templates
Call at least 60 candidates daily to check their interest, availability, and other details.
Work under the guidance of a Sr recruiter and help them as needed.
Data Entry into Candidate CRM
Sales/Business Dev Apprentice day to day work:
Email potential prospects using the provided email templates
Cold calling 40 prospects daily and schedule initial meetings
Sharing sales collateral as requested
Update all activity in the CRM on a daily basis
Present the FullCandidate Solution in sales meetings
Recruiting Coordinators Apprentice day-to-day work:
Create job descriptions in ATS
Schedule interviews and remind candidates about interviews.
Maintain submission records and follow up with clients to schedule interviews
Make updates in ATS as required
Email and call candidates on a daily basis
Add recent candidates to Recruiting CRM Qualifications
Must have Valuable English conversational and writing skills.
