Support clients in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cerner EHR environments. This role is designed for early-career specialists who are eager to grow their technical skills in healthcare IT while working under the mentorship of experienced consultants and technical leaders. You will gain hands-on exposure to Cerner infrastructure, system workflows, and healthcare technology best practices while contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 production support for Oracle Health PathNet and Blood Bank modules

Design, configure, and maintain PathNet laboratory workflows

Skills

Must have

Primary skills include deep expertise in Oracle Health PathNet design, configuration, and validation; secondary skills involve robust analytical capabilities, proficiency in troubleshooting, reporting tools,



and seamless collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

proficiency in workflow optimization, knowledge of HL7 interfaces, experience with regulatory compliance in lab operations, solid communication skills for end users, and familiarity with quality assurance processes

Nice to have

Deep expertise in Oracle Health''s Blood Bank module, including managing blood product workflows, donor and transfusion management, crossmatching, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the EHR. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing, building, and validating blood bank processes, and maintaining accurate code sets and testing protocols
