Role Overview:

We're looking for a Sales Executive who enjoys talking to people, understands their needs, and can confidently guide them through our coaching programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales. While prior closing experience isn't mandatory, you should be comfortable speaking with people over calls and eager to learn the sales process.

This is a full-time remote role .

Roles and Responsibilities:
Connect with leads generated through Instagram and other channels.
Understand each lead's fitness goals and challenges.
Explain our coaching programs clearly and confidently.
Follow up with interested leads and answer their questions.
Schedule and conduct sales calls.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Work Requirement:
0 to 1 years of experience in sales, customer support, tele calling, or a customer-facing role.




Comfortable speaking on phone and video calls.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, positive, and eager to learn.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Organised and able to manage follow-ups effectively.
Comfortable working remotely.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in tele calling, inside sales, counselling, customer support, or business development.
Interest in fitness, health, or wellness.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and interview performance)
