At Koderbox, we help students build successful careers through Foreign Language (Japanese, German, French, etc.) and Coding & AI courses. We are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals who enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and helping students choose the right learning path.

Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students and explain Koderbox courses.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Make 250–300 outbound calls and follow up with interested students every day.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp until the student makes a decision.
Update lead status in the CRM after every interaction.
Convert inquiries into admissions.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets while maintaining excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.




Comfortable making outbound sales calls every day.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Good listening and relationship-building skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
