We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Event Manager to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and strategy of company events, ranging from high-profile conferences to internal workshops.

Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Management : Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact company events, including conferences, trade shows, seminars, and corporate retreats.
Logistics & Vendor Operations : Lead end-to-end event logistics, including contract negotiations, vendor management, venue selection, catering, transportation, and guest accommodation.
Stakeholder & Promotion Management : Drive event communications and serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, key stakeholders, sponsors, and attendees.
In office Leadership & Operations : Oversee on-site venue setup, execution, and teardown. Act as the primary lead to resolve real-time operational challenges or emergencies during events.
Budget Oversight : Manage event budgets, negotiate pricing to optimize cost-efficiency,



and track expenses to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.

Qualifications & Skills
Experienc e: 5+ years of proven experience in event management, event planning, or a similar operations role.
Leadership & Organizatio n: Superior organizational, project management, and delegation skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Communicatio n: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with solid negotiation abilities.
Problem-Solving & Agilit y: Solid crisis management skills, high attention to detail, and a decisive, solution-oriented mindset.
Flexibilit y: Willingness to work flexible/irregular hours and travel as required by event schedules.
Proficienc y: Proficient in project management tools, event management software, and standard office applications (MS Office / Google Workspace).
