Hiring : Hospitality Operations Lead — Auroville Bioregion

We are looking for an experienced skilled to run a mixed development of resort + villas in the AV bioregion.

What we're looking for:
5+ years running or managing a hospitality establishment (resort, boutique hotel, villas, or F&B-led; property)
Hands-on operator — comfortable with guest experience, F&B;, housekeeping, maintenance, staffing and P&L;
Someone who can build a team and systems from the ground up, not just maintain them
Based in / willing to relocate to the Auroville–Puducherry area
