+ Helps support the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals. + Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs. + Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company's applicant tracking tool. + Attends cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process. + Coordinates and conducts pre-screening, technical interviews with resource managers. + Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create creative sourcing strategies. + Establishes and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings. + Meets management/ leadership objective and requirements as assigned throughout the year. + Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment. + Strong hands-on experience with **Bullhorn, Beline,** and **LinkedIn Recruiter** (mandatory and non-negotiable). + Demonstrated success recruiting for complex US technical roles across multiple technology domains, including **Networking, Infrastructure, Cloud, and AI** . + Strong understanding of AI-driven recruiting practices,



with hands-on experience **leveraging AI tools** and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, market intelligence, and overall recruiter productivity. + Experience working in **VMS/MSP** -driven recruitment environments. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
