What We're Looking For: + Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Linux environments across large-scale customer deployments. + Expertise in Linux, AWS Cloud, LDAP, SSSD, PAM, Slurm, LSF, HPC, Root Cause Analysis, Customer Support, Infrastructure Management, Performance Tuning, Identity Management, Monitoring & Observability. + Ability to Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production incidents. + Experience producing work breakdown structures and migration plans that minimize service disruption. + Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving highly complex network/compute issues. + Hands-on experience building lab simulations to test architecture designs and troubleshoot compatibility issues. + Experience in driving cloud infrastructure initiatives, including deployment, migration, and operational best practices. + Experience with incident management, problem management, and continuous service improvement activities. + Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills. + Abitlity to document technical solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices for internal and customer use. + Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and proactive problem-solving mindset. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). + 3-5+ years of progressive network engineering and architecture experience in enterprise environments.
