The role involves incoming inspection, supplier quality management, documentation review, problem-solving, and continuous improvement activities to support manufacturing and assembly operations. **Responsibilities:** + Inspect incoming materials and components for physical defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. + Verify that incoming materials meet the required quantity and quality requirements. + Record, maintain, and communicate inspection results accurately and in a timely manner. + Create, review, update, and maintain incoming inspection sampling plans based on product criticality and supplier performance. + Ensure supplier Material Test Certificates (MTCs), quality records, inspection reports, and related documentation are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time. + Review supplier quality documentation to ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and company requirements. + Work closely with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues related to incoming materials and components.



+ Lead supplier corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions. + Support production and assembly teams in resolving incoming material-related quality issues and implement mitigation actions to prevent recurrence. + Develop, implement, and maintain incoming quality control procedures, inspection plans, and quality standards. + Train, guide, and supervise quality inspectors to ensure consistent inspection practices and compliance with quality requirements. + Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), supplier quality performance, and quality metrics. + Conduct internal audits and supplier quality assessments to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. + Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing, metal-mechanical, valve, pump, or heavy engineering industries. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, material specifications, and customer technical requirements. + Experience in supplier quality management, incoming inspection, and quality documentation review. + Proficient in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCA) methodologies and team-oriented problem-solving techniques. + Ability to lead, coach, and develop quality inspectors and cross-functional teams. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
