In between those smiles, your day consists of developing delightful products, connecting across the world for technology transfer, and making impactful contributions. You will join the **India Global Technology Center (GTech) in Mumbai as a trainee for a proposed tenure of 2 years** . This role is a learning and growth opportunity to develop **Oral Care products** to address consumer needs/trends in the India market. **Responsibilities:** + **Develop New products** in Oral care category as per brief and provide support in **technology transfer** to manufacturing plants. + Make and screen prototypes/formulas, monitor stability as per protocol, and analyze products to establish stability/performance data. + Conduct basic analysis on various Oral Care products (e.g., Rheology, Foam, Physiochemical parameters etc) and **document the results** as per internal standards. + Perform all activity related to product development, including Raw material organizing/testing, Batch making,
