Role Summary

We are seeking a full time, on-site Operations Executive based at our Nizamuddin East office in New Delhi. This vital role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, addressing medical inquiries, and driving growth by introducing customers to our subscription products.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Customer Service & Medical Care
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient queries and concerns.
Guide customers with empathy-driven support regarding their medical healthcare needs.
Handle high-volume inbound inquiries with professional care and efficiency.
Conduct Product Briefings & Sales
Educate customers on Oxxy’s retail medical subscription plans.
Deliver clear product briefings highlighting the value of our solutions.




Assist customers seamlessly through the subscription purchase process to meet sales goals.
Optimize Daily Operations
Execute customer onboarding and introductory welcome calls.
Facilitate swift, accurate medical appointment and lab test bookings.
Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction metrics.

Core Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Operations or a related field.
Experience : 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service or healthcare operations.
Communication : Native or professional proficiency in both English and Hindi.
Skills : Solid interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and data-driven problem-solving.
Location & Availability : Must be able to work full-time on-site in Nizamuddin East and join immediately.
