We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive with 3–4 years of experience , preferably in a digital marketing agency , to manage client relationships and drive social media execution for leading brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience coordinating brand shoots and content creation. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
Coordinate with creative, design, video, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.
Plan, organize, and manage photo and video shoots for brands.
Visit client locations to coordinate and execute content shoots.
Prepare content calendars and ensure timely delivery of social media content.
Review creatives before client sharing and ensure brand consistency.
Conduct regular client meetings, provide campaign updates,



and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements
3–4 years of experience in Client Servicing or Social Media, with a digital marketing agency (preferred).
Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Experience in coordinating brand shoots, content production, and social media campaigns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust client management, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
