Job Description:

We are looking for experienced DRG Validation Specialists with 3+ years of experience in medical coding and DRG validation. Candidates should have solid knowledge of DRG assignment, ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG, and reimbursement guidelines . Certification in CPC, CCS, or equivalent is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:
Validate and audit DRG assignments for accuracy and compliance.
Review medical records and ensure correct ICD-10-CM/PCS and DRG coding.
Identify coding discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrections.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, payer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with coding and clinical teams to resolve documentation queries.
Maintain quality and productivity targets.

Mandatory Skills:
3+ years of experience in DRG Validation/DRG Auditing or any coding experience.
Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG, and coding guidelines .
Certification: CPC or CCS (either is acceptable).
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
