Role Description The Cafe Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the cafe within the workspace. This includes managing food and beverage service, supervising staff schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and managing basic budgeting and cost control to support effective operations. The Cafe Manager will provide hands-on support during peak hours, handle customer inquiries and concerns,



and collaborate with the workspace team to support events, promotions, and community activities. This position requires a focus on guest satisfaction, team leadership, and consistent adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and responsive cafe experience.
Excellent Communication abilities for coordinating with guests, team members, and suppliers.
Practical experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu support, quality control, and hygiene standards.
Hands-on Food Service experience managing orders, service flow, and staff during busy periods.
Sales and upselling skills to promote menu items, special offers, and event-related catering.
Prior experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management, including team supervision.
Knowledge of basic inventory management, cost control, and POS systems.
Ability to work flexible schedule as needed for events and peak business times.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
