Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist open to candidates based anywhere in India. The role involves managing customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and delivering consistent customer support through digital communication channels. Responsibilities include responding to customer messages, providing guidance or basic technical assistance where required, resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate records of interactions,



and contributing to improvements in overall service quality. The specialist will help create positive customer experiences while collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve challenges across support processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Support and focus on Customer Satisfaction

Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers

Experience providing Technical Support and resolving customer inquiries effectively

Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and address customer concerns and suggest solutions

Robust written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
